We are looking for the right individual to be part of our team of Professional Exterior Cleaning Team. By giving you the tools and training to develop, we increase your productivity and earnings, and enhance your dignity, self-respect, and worth The right individual will be mechanically inclined, have an ability to troubleshoot, work efficiently on jobs and have a helpful willing attitude. Our warehouse/depot is in Chilliwack, but our service area is the whole Fraser Valley.

Job Duties

Exterior cleaning services such as:

Dryer Vent Cleaning

Exterior siding cleaning

Gutter cleaning

Post Construction Cleaning (interior)

Window Cleaning

Possibility of cross training in Duct & Furnace Cleaning, Stripping & refinishing hard surface floors and Carpet & Upholstery cleaning

Competencies

Light mechanical aptitude and able to troubleshoot

Able to work flexible hours and sometime longer shifts

Able to lift up to 50 lbs

MUST be comfortable and able to climb ladders, use lifts and some roof work

Able to effectively communicate in English with crew and customers

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

Willing to have a criminal record check done

Compensation Package

Wage will be determined upon qualifications and experience. Benefits of medical/dental are offered when working 30 hours per week and more after 3 months probation period. Other incentives and Bonuses are also given.
