This role is for PME Inc.(an EllisDon Company).

You as an Estimator:

• Analyze Plans, specifications and proposals to prepare bid estimates
• Prepare Quantity Take Offs and Bonding Requests
• Attend Site Visits and Pre Bid Meetings
• Prepare Estimate using B2W Software and prepare RFQs for Subcontractors/Vendors
• Prepare Documentation required for tenders, including:
  • Company Profile Information
  • Execution Narratives/Strategies
  • Safety Plans
  • Aboriginal Involvement Plans
  • Quality Documentation
  • Safety Documentation
• Present estimate to management for review

Is this the right role for you?

• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience or equivalent technical training/experience and have a construction related degree/diploma
• You have a working knowledge of corporate objectives impacting estimating, estimating strategies and techniques, and construction contracts
• You have the ability to work effectively and accurately in time sensitive situations within a team
