EagleRock Computer is currently looking for an Outbound Service Technician – Primarily Desktop Support. Server & Network experience would be considered an asset.

The ideal candidate will have very strong technical skills, a track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, as well as sound judgment around complex business issues. Responsibilities will include preventative and proactive maintenance, upgrade and implementation, responding to client service requests.

Managing your workload and maintaining communications with our clients is critical.

Skills and Ability:

• Minimum 2 years relevant IT experience fully supporting and maintaining SMB type environments.

• Considerable Experience in Windows Desktop environments including on-site and remote diagnostics of computers, printers and networks issues.

• On-site installation of computers, printers and network devices.

• Basic understanding of network wiring and testing.

• Basic VOIP knowledge.

• Microsoft 365 setup and troubleshooting.

• Demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to manage a constantly changing priority workload.

• Must possess your own vehicle, valid driver’s license and appropriate business-class insurance.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline preferred.

This is not a training position. The ideal candidate will have the ability to hit the road running.
