In a dynamic and fast paced environment, you will have the opportunity to take tangible actions to drive results and influence the performance of one of BRP’s key product lines.

You will be working in a cross-functional environment where you are at the center of market planning, production planning, order-to-delivery, product management and other departments to collaborate and establish the best plan possible.

Be a part of the journey in which we will improve and transform the way we forecast, plan and manage demand, orders and inventory.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a monthly demand forecast. Measure and review demand forecast accuracy and suggest improvements
  • Analyze and interpret data to be able to propose recommendations in inventory management, order prioritization and delivery strategies.
  • Create Power BI dashboards and reports to track our performance and improve our internal processes.
  • Support continuous improvements of the current business processes.
Your Qualifications
  • Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business and/or other relevant field.
  • Holds from 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar discipline.
  • Experience in business analysis, demand forecasting are a plus
Your Skills
  • Strong analytical, information processing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan tactics, set priorities and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of Power BI and the Office suite
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
