Location: St. Catharine’s ON Remote in COVID-19

Work Schedule: 8:30am - 6:30pm (EST) Monday - Friday. Shifts are based on metrics that are entered into a shift bid.
  • Marketing Coordinators (Client) - is a program where candidates call Advertisers/business and let them know about Marketing Expert, sales program.
  • They advise of the benefits and what topics they can discuss and try to book appointments with the Advertiser to meet with a Marketing Experts.
  • Customer Service professionals build on a customer-centric service strategy to deliver foundational organization, business process, and technology capabilities required to deliver an optimal customer service.
  • Solves routine problems largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
  • Interacts within own team and with direct supervisor.
  • Receives detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments.
  • Decision’s impact own work.
  • Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work.
Responsibilities
  • Learning more about our advertisers and how their business works
  • Sense of achievement providing excellent customer service in an outbound business contact environment
  • Relationship building and interacting with advertisers via phone and email
  • Fulfilling work satisfying client expectations in a way that also complies with best practices
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements
Basic Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service
  • Familiarity with online advertising products
  • Superior communication skills
  • PC skills and keyboarding skills
  • Flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer
  • Self-driven with attention to detail and follow through strong analytical and decision making skills that demonstrate good judgment
  • High level of professional customer service skills solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer and customer experience
  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work
  • Ability to ramp up quickly
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Uses knowledge base and a sensible business approach to confidently make decisions
  • Superior communication skills verbal, written, and listening skills
