Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling of online and telephone grocery orders from our customers. Ensures all orders are picked with the freshest and highest quality product, properly bagged, stored as needed and that all orders are ready for pickup in a timely manner. Responsible for efficient delivery of orders to customer’s vehicles while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Responsible for the proficient handling of issues related to online and telephone orders including ensuring the prompt and proper resolution of customer issues according to defined procedures. Responsible for processing online and telephone order returns in store and providing solutions for other order related issues.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties as required including cleaning bins, shelving, equipment, removal of garbage, sweeping floors and ensure all traffic areas are kept clear. Monitor case temperature, clean equipment and notify manager of any repairs that are required. Adhere to all company and food safety policies and procedures
  • support other areas of the grocery department as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in retail and/or customer service, with grocery experience preferred. Strong customer service, communication and proficient time management skills.
  • must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
