Considering the current events, Allstate will be conducting virtual interviews and has made arrangements for new hires to work remotely till its deemed safe to return to office.

Our team is growing and we are actively looking to hire Customer Care Agent. The Customer Care Agent takes the “You’re in Good Hands” philosophy and makes it real - delivering on our promises to consumers every day. Our agencies are open from 9am to 6pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9am to 8pm Thursday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday. Our standard work week for agency staff is 37.5 hours, and each employee must rotate their work schedule so that the Agency is staffed appropriately. Therefore, as a condition of employment, you will be required to work some evenings and Saturdays each month on a rotational basis with other Agency staff members.

Role Designation: Hybrid 1-2 days in Office

Accountabilities
  • Manage the renewals process
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell our product line
  • Use each customer contact as an opportunity to get referrals
  • Be the first point of contact for customers and service their needs
Qualifications
  • Post secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Must have General Insurance License (OTL) or be willing to obtain
  • Strong knowledge of Allstate Products and Services
  • Working knowledge of Allstate & vendor technologies, including Plus
  • Above average interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Prior experience in inside or outside sales is an asset
