CSR Customer Service RepresentativeWe seek people who have a passion to deliver outstanding customer service in all interactions. We are looking to expand our team with productive and accountable individuals that can both collaborate and work independently.Job Description – What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide clear, accurate, timely, and effective Customer Service in written and spoken English.
  • Process and enter orders, providing customers with accurate order confirmations.
  • Create material quotes using our custom browser design app from customer drawings and measurements.
  • Engage customers to confirm and ensure their requirements are accurately represented.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues with quotes, orders, returns, and our products.
  • Contact customers to update product information & inform them of promotional programs.
  • Support field sales team members with prompt answers and supporting documentation.
  • Remain up-to-date on our latest products, prices, and office processes.
  • Answer phones and emails from customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Complete other varied duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must be fluent in written and oral English.
  • Currently residing in the Vancouver Lower Mainland and able to legally work in Canada.
  • Able to provide proof of vaccination on first day of employment.
  • A passion for providing consistent, exceptional customer service.
  • Able to remain productive and accountable in all areas of personal and shared responsibility.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.
  • Able to investigate and self-research issues while recognizing when to ask for help.
  • Organized, detail-focused, with strong problem-solving skills and good judgement.
  • Friendly, collaborative, team-player capable of operating independently with integrity.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook E-Mail) and Windows 10.
  • Previous experience with SAP Business One considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week) / 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts, Monday to FridayIn-office position located in: Delta, BCPay: $19.00/hr to start – raised to at least $19.72/hr after 3 month probationCustomer Service Operating Hours: 6am – 5pm, Monday to FridayWe would like to take this opportunity to thank all applicants for their interest.
