Our Insurance Brokers are responsible for proactively meeting customers’ needs in a high-volume contact center. In this ever-changing environment, we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service, that like to have fun.

Accountabilities

• Manage incoming call queues and maintain low wait times
• Answer customer inquiries, striving for one touch resolution for customers
• Optimize sales opportunities in each call, while prioritizing customers’ needs
• Quickly access information from online databases to complete customers transactions
• Make outbound calls for customer policy renewals and account reviews
• Adapt your sales strategy based on the nature of your call, and customers priorities

What you need to be successful

• History of achieving sales targets
• Adept at navigating multiple computer programs as once
• Efficient in retrieving customer data accurately
• Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
• General Insurance licensing level 1

You will have an advantage if you have

• Call center experience
• General Insurance Licensing level 2
• Recent post-secondary and or vocational training
• Working experience in EPIC

Specifics

Location: Remote within Alberta

Hours: Full Time flexible schedule – 37.5 hours/week

• Mon-Friday 8am-8pm MST
• Saturdays 10am-6pm MST
