The Opportunity!

As the Bilingual French/English Travel Consultant, Groups, you will generate customer loyalty through excellence in customer service, efficiency, and expert product knowledge. The Travel Account Manager manages all overall aspects of their wedding group travel files. The role will report to the Director of Operations and Travel, and will be located in Toronto, ON.

WhatYou’llDo:

• Responsible for maintaining a group level of 25-30 wedding groups, with the expectation to provide individualized customer service to each guest and understand their specific needs within the group.
• Responsible for maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with individual clients which will result in referral bookings.
• Maintain up to date records on invoicing and group status.
• Provide exceptional level of customer service to guests at all times.
• Manage escalated calls/emails and respond accordingly.
• Identify opportunities to sell add ons such as excursions, insurance, etc.
• Process travel requests and payments with the supplier in a timely fashion.
• Responsible to maintain current travel product knowledge.
• Manage multiple files with a variety of customers who have different expectations with regard to service
• Stay current with processes. system functionality, and multiple internal and external promotions

WhatYou’llNeed:

• Bilingual in French and English
• Previous Travel Account Manager experience, 1 year minimum
• Experience with TTS, TravelWorks, Sirev, and other booking engines
• Proficient in Windows Office (Email, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with selling excursions, insurance, etc.
• Travel Industry experience a must, preferable with group travel experience.
• TICO certification required
