Looking for a highly organized and motivated individual who has a minimum of 5 yearsdispatching within a transportation environment.

Critical Skills:

• Support an environment of customer service excellence.
• Autonomous mind set that drives execution of multiple and changing priorities
• Ability to effectively navigate a variety of personalities and needs within the driver talent pool

Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively working with other departments in the allocation of resources including human capital and equipment
• Monitor schedules to ensure on time delivery
• Ensure adherence to any special driver requirements for each site
• Report driver attendance rates
• Assist in the dispatching of drivers as required

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 5 years prior dispatch experience is required.
• Bilingual in English and French
• Knowledge of the Montreal metropolitan area an asset
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient in Windows Outlook, Microsoft excel, and a transportation management system
• Proven experience handling multiple priorities

Salary: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
