What you will be doing:

  • Striving to meet and exceed the expectations of the Customer (Hotel and Guest) by catering to their requests, needs and expectations by phone, email and web form
  • Respecting and adhering to internal policies in terms of quality, and following set deadlines
  • Managing & analyzing customer needs for troubleshooting and evaluating next step
  • Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the member to all parties involved

Your experience and skills include:

  • Must be fluently bilingual, French and English
  • Computer proficient with an excellent knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Office and Internet browsers
  • Seasoned and experienced in handling a variety of heightened customer issues or requests
  • A willingness and dedication to servicing the needs of our internal and external guests
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, proactive and a strong team player
  • An exemplary positive attitude and a passion for offering unparalleled customer service
  • Must have 2 years related customer service experience

Your team and working environment:
The Customer Care Team is a close-knit team of experts in providing Luxury Customer Service to all of our guests. We work collaboratively to ensure a seamless experience for our members and a fulfilling and fun working environment for our team.

  • We are accepting applications for onsite positions at our centre in Moncton, and we offer a Remote (work from home) option for applicants who live outside the Greater Moncton area
  • To be considered for this position you must be located in one of the following 4 Canadian provinces: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island or Quebec
