Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends/patterns in complex data using advanced analytics and statistical techniques to guide business strategies
  • Develop automated processes, PowerBI dashboards and KPI’I solutions to support strategic decisions
  • Be part of the development of new program initiatives aimed at transforming how BRP interacts with its dealer network with modern tools
  • Support continuous improvements of current business processes
  • Communicate findings/ideas to influence management
  • Be a positive leader in change management and PowerBI adoption.
Your Qualifications And Skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, administration, business intelligence, or other equivalents.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Strong statistics, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Mandatory bilingualism, written and spoken (French/English)
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • 2 years of experience with PowerBI.
  • Business acumen; ability to link information to business decisions
  • Ability to work in an Agile managed team
  • Experience in computer programming is an asset.
  • Knowledge of statistical models and machine learning is considered an asset
