POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Located in Longueuil, the Jazz Longueuil residence, managed by Cogir, offers a friendly atmosphere where it is stimulating to work. We have a dedicated and caring team for autonomous seniors and those with a slight loss of autonomy. We are looking for a Beneficiary Attendant who will contribute to the quality of life for residents. The Beneficiary Attendant sees to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care. To fill the position, you must be available every weekend.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer ringtones
• Assist and accompany residents in their travels
• Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.)
• Ensure the accompaniment of residents to activities, the dining room and appointments at the home
• Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents
• Respond to all emergency situations

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Formation of PDSB
• Up-to-date CPR/AED general first aid training
