Change Management Specialist
Department: Production Control - Planning
Reports to: Manager, Production Control - Planning
Responsibilities
Manage product change management (new product introduction, engineering change instruction, project management, etc.)
- Coordinate new product introduction internally, with other DENSO locations (design, engineering centers), customers. and suppliers
- Manage changes to existing processes and parts
- Create and maintain bills of materials
- Manage plant capacity through forecasting and plant capability
- Validate prototype and trial parts (drawing to parts review)
- Coordinate build-out of existing programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- 5 years experience in Project Management
- PMP designation (or working towards)
- Related experience with change management
- Advanced Excel (VBA), MS Project
- Professional & team-oriented
