Change Management Specialist

Department: Production Control - Planning

Reports to: Manager, Production Control - Planning

Responsibilities

Manage product change management (new product introduction, engineering change instruction, project management, etc.)

• Coordinate new product introduction internally, with other DENSO locations (design, engineering centers), customers. and suppliers
• Manage changes to existing processes and parts
• Create and maintain bills of materials
• Manage plant capacity through forecasting and plant capability
• Validate prototype and trial parts (drawing to parts review)
• Coordinate build-out of existing programs
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration or Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
• 5 years experience in Project Management
• PMP designation (or working towards)
• Related experience with change management
• Advanced Excel (VBA), MS Project
• Professional & team-oriented
