• Description :* The Assistant Buyer will be supporting the NPI Buyers and PM with placing orders and following up and administrative tasks.
• Roles and responsibilities:*
• They will place PO as per project manager in SAP (ASSET), the orders are very straight forward with 1-part number per order.
• This person will be supporting the NPI buyers will all clerical and day-to-day administrative functions such as consolidating Excel reports, entering PO’s in SAP and performing follow-ups.
• They will be following up with different internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Finance, Quality and external stakeholders such as suppliers.
• They will receive different report from transaction not completed or transaction of things missing. They will work with different NPIs to make sure that they can close transaction
• Must haves :*
• Bachelor of Commerce, Engineering or Supply Chain
• Experience working with Excel Great customer service abilities Strong English communication
• Asset :*
• Worked in a procurement environment,
• Experience working with PO’s
• Experience with SAP
