Position available immediately.

Responsible for all daily accounting functions including:

- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Balance General Ledger, Payroll, CRA Filing, Benefit Program Administration, Year End Prep for Accountants.

Ensure Accounts Receivable are collected timely.

Monthly Financial Reporting.

Cash Flow Management / Projections.

Provide assistance to the General Manager and Department Managers with monthly reporting and budget expenditures.

Input Budget Annually to accounting software.

Maintain an organized filing system and records system.

Perform various office functions.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.

Experience with Point of Sale Software and Sage is required.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

Good organizational, communication and prioritizing skills are required.

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, multi task and work independently.

This position is full time during golf season and will experience decreased/part time hours during the off season from December - March.
