• Description:* One of Aston Carters largest oil and gas clients is currently seeking a Technical Accounting Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.
• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES*
• Management and processing of invoices in the OnBase queue
• Manage appropriate confirmations of invoices
• Request purchase order updates
• Process invoices in a timely manner
• Reconcile material invoices to receipts in the system
• Reconcile labor invoices to timesheets/ contract releases
• Voucher match and code invoices
• Ensure accuracy of the invoice information
• New Vendor Setup’s and updates
• Run ad hoc reports upon request
• Streamline the invoice payment process
• Assist with month end accruals and journal entries - confirming
• Receipts are valid
• Provide OnBase support to the facility and users
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve disputes
• Inquire with vendors regarding invoice errors
• OTHER RESPONSIBILTIES*
• Assist with month end reporting – Tableau and Power BI
• Backfill / vacation coverage for the Technical Administrator:
• Trailer Certifications
• Caterer Orders and set up
• Safety Meeting Minutes
• Meeting room bookings
• Stationary orders
• Daily filing
• Partial backfill for the Business Analyst:
• Accruals
• Power BI Plant KPI reports
• Ad hoc reporting
• Backfill / vacation coverage for the Production Accountant: * based on day to day responsibilities, including Truck Rack Ticket entry into TIPS
• Must Have:*
• Invoice experience and experience talking to vendors
• 1+ year of AP experience
• Must be comfortable with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong time-management skills with ability to multi-task as required
• Deadline-oriented and an effective communicator
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot independently
• Nice To Have:*
• QByte, Maximo, Onbase, or Tablo experience
• Diploma or Accounting Degree
