IT Technicians are responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for internal employees and external clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in IT and computer networking, an interest in software development, strong communication skills and a genuine desire to provide solid customer service. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of qualified engineers while ensuring that our network and software applications run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade faulty hardware.
• Respond to helpdesk requests for assistance with technology.
• Reconnect newly purchased hardware to existing systems.
• Compile and store user histories of hardware and software upgrades and configuration changes.
• Work with software support team to resolve software issues.
• Create a hardware tutorial for new employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-35 per week

Salary: From $25.00 per hour
