Our CASL Surface Technologies division is a corrosion and wear solutions provider with over 25 years of experience, and we are looking to add IT support for our North American Team!

IT Specialist

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Providing IT hardware and software support for North American users

· Installing new hardware, operating systems, and software programs

· Troubleshooting IT-related problems

· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems.

· Resolving network issues and diagnosing and repairing faults

· Configuring hardware and software

· Providing daily technical support services for information technology establishments

Other requirements:

· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT customer service roles

· Possession of post-secondary education in Information Technology.

· Familiarity with web browsers, cookies, caching, and associated security considerations.

· Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft products, encompassing Windows Desktop environments, Office 365, etc.

· Adeptness in navigating mobile devices and their operating systems (iOS and Android).

· Proficiency in effective communication with clients, facilitating a seamless user experience.

· Demonstrated discretion in conveying technical information, tailoring it to the user’s comprehension level.

· People-centric mindset, prioritizing user satisfaction above all else.
