RCGT Consulting is seeking an IT Advisory Leader to develop and execute an IT Advisory business strategy. This will include leading and overseeing business development initiatives, recruiting and inspiring team members, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of our IT Advisory business, including Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Strategy, Robotic Process Automation, and others.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead our IT Advisory practice
  • Own and grow the practice’s market reach and revenue
  • Inspire and drive a high functioning practice aligned with our organizational culture and core values
  • Recruit and retain top talent to support the IT Advisory practice
  • Understand the competitive landscape, stakeholders, markets, new IT industry developments, compliance standards and trends
  • Develop and execute an IT Advisory business plan with a focus on the Federal Government of Canada
  • Lead sales initiatives including business development and proposal submissions
  • Coordinate with partners and sub-contractors to scale and augment project delivery
  • Support our Managed Services projects during the design and implementation phases of IT-enabled transformation projects
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting client timelines
  • Leverage RCGT’s HR policies, processes, and guidelines to effectively manage the team and respond to their inquiries


Mandatories

  • 8+ years experience managing and leading IT professional services and project delivery teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Management Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and others).
  • Prior experience managing medium to large teams
  • 5+ years’ managing client and vendor relations
  • Must be a resident of Canada for a minimum of 10 years to be eligible for Secret Clearance
