DescriptionOur client is a team of executives with vast experience in the M& A market. As an Associate, you will be assisting with the team on M& A transactions.The role will include a wide range of responsibilities on M& A and financing transactions and other initiatives, including:

• providing support in the execution of transactions, with increasing responsibilities over time
• preparing client presentations including compiling data and conducting research
• preparing financial models and valuation analysis
• assisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal related marketing materials

RequirementsThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a professional services, accounting, financial analysis, investment banking, corporate development or other similar role
• undergraduate business degree required - Major in Finance or Accounting preferred, with strong record of academic achievement
• CPA, CFA or CBV preferred
• strong understanding of finance and accounting
• excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• strong attention to detail, and ability to work on multiple projects
• experience in financial modeling, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting
