Job Description

• What is the opportunity
• This unique position calls on your client-focused expertise and natural problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. Specifically, you are responsible to audit dealership inventory. You will visit dealerships within the Prairie Provinces in order to conduct monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or yearly audits
• What will you do?
• Proactively engage with clients to ensure units not seen during the audit – are verified as to their status
• Focus on timely completion of physical floor plan and lease/rental audits
• Respond to ensure financed assets comply with the terms and conditions of the borrower’s loan approval
• Investigate any audit inconsistencies and obtain reasonable explanation/backup for unseen units
• Proactively take ownership of resolving any discrepancies
• Supports the prioritization of audits to ensure those representing higher risk are handled promptly
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must-Have
• Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
• Must be able to work all business hours
• Must be willing to travel
• Opportunity available in either Saskatchewan or Manitoba
• Nice -to-have
• Track record in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within the financial or service industry. Understanding of how a dealership operates
