What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Administrator. The Inventory Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating stock movements, conducting regular audits, and ensuring optimal inventory levels to support efficient operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Maintain accurate inventory records: Update and maintain inventory databases and systems to reflect real-time stock levels, including item descriptions, quantities, locations, and other relevant information.
  • Responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and control of company inventory.
  • Coordinate stock movements: Facilitate the movement of inventory within the organization, ensuring timely and accurate stock transfers between locations or departments.
  • Conduct inventory audits: Perform regular physical and/or cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Optimize inventory levels: Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to determine optimal stock levels based on demand forecasts and operational requirements.
  • Manage inventory replenishment: Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders or production requests to maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate returns and exchanges of items to/from internal and external locations: Process returns, exchanges, and damaged/defective goods, ensuring proper documentation and resolution in accordance with company policies.
  • Analyze inventory data: Generate reports, analyze inventory-related data, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Implement inventory control procedures: Develop, maintain, improve and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and overall inventory management.
  • Tagging of new devices (phones, tablets, gadgets, computer systems, accessories, etc..)
  • Work closely with users to securely check in/out devices.
  • Work closely with many departments on device request escalations.
  • Various related data entry duties.
Experience You’ll Bring
  • Experience in inventory management, logistics, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of inventory-related tasks.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with relevant supply chain and logistics concepts.
  • Physical stamina to perform inventory-related tasks such as lifting and moving stock as needed.
  • Ability to work with devices, gadgets - (ex: Android OS, iOS, Windows Mobile, Windows CE)
  • Knowledge of Ticketing system (CRM, Service desk ticketing systems)
