Position: International Import-Export Assistant

Location: Montreal East

Do you have experience in international import / export? Are you looking for a hybrid role in Montreal East? Do you have strong communication skills in English? Do you have strong skills in Excel?

Our client, a company in the food industry, is looking for an International Import-Export Assistant!

What They Offer

• Salary up to $55K per year

Your Profile

• 2 years of experience in logistic and or import/export
• Excellent communication level in English
• Excellent skills in Excel and Microsoft suite, Internet
• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
• Ability to work in a time-constrained environment
• Knowledge of the supply chain and different kinds of transportation
  
  

Your Role

• Help and provide guidelines to different business units in regards of international customs rules for import-export
• Build guideline toll if needed
• Prepare and review Free Trade like CUSMA for the company and some other business units in North America including the annual review
• Answer Customs Brokers on different topics
• Follow up the global agreement Halal certification: Certificates and invoicing
• Execute other related tasks
