• Collect Quality scrap data daily
• Analyze Scott quality scrap data for line assigned with quality Engineer
• Do daily analysis of Quality scrap
• Report CS2 (Quality wall) data for assigned lines
• Participate in PDCA Meeting to update action items for Quality wall
• Work with CS2 Quality tech to identify station issues
• Work on Quality lab improvement projects with Quality Supervisor
• Improve and update all Quality lab testing work instruction based on Quality lab improvement activities
• Update documentation for upcoming audit
• Participate in A3 Meeting to complete all the old A3’s
• Participate in CI activities for quality lab
• Participate in problem solving to complete A3
• Learn Trans4m, NCMR, BCAQ and support to keep up to date of all supplier complaints.
• Identify and implement small improvement projects on Quality Hold Area.
• Create all Dash board templates
• Create a new spc chart for wall thickness, EVOH and CMM
• Update all calibration work instruction to the new standard
• Work closely with quality technologist to verify all daily inspection, first off and report out the findings on daily basic
• Support to implement Quality basics to assigned lines
• Update all the Templates which quality tech currently using to evaluate the microtome result
• Support Quality engineers to update all documentation according to BCP
