Instrumentation Commissioning Specialist (Intermediate)

Delivering quality workmanship and turn over a fully functioning and operating process control from the field device to the industrial control system

• Troubleshooting and correcting any site deficiencies on instrument related devices

• Commissioning 24vdc/120vac control loops

• Configuration and set-up of level, pressure, density, flow, and temperature devices

• Function testing and set-up of control valves, positioners and limit switches

• Completing check sheets inside Smart Completions software

• Required to interpret and redline P&IDs, control loop drawings, installation details, datasheets

and calibration reports

• Communicating/collaborating with third party vendors

• Provide clearly presented solutions to deficiencies through the RFI process

• Accountable to remain on schedule and complete projects in a timely manner

• Complete and provide all calibration documentation

• Ensure quality and functionality of instrumentation installation in field

• Five (5) years of experience as a journeyman instrument technician
