Lambton College, a public community college in Ontario, has licensed its curriculum to Queen’s College to deliver programs to international students in Mississauga. Queen’s College is seeking an instructor to teach in the undergraduate and post-graduate programs for international students in one or more of the following subject areas:

• Emerging Technologies - experience with emerging technologies in software development with the focus on advanced Python.
• Operating Systems - experience in Microsoft Windows in a multi-user and single user environment; using basic operating system concepts and functions, perform operating system configuration activities; perform administrative tasks; manage file and directories and perform basic administrative task with command line tools; perform system diagnostics, configuration and troubleshooting using the Control Panel and Microsoft Management Console.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters of Computer Science. Master’s Strongly Preferred.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the Information Technology Field. Technical experience in the following areas: object-oriented programming including Java; MVC software architecture; mobile development for iOS and Android; modern Web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, jQuery

• Teaching Experience strongly preferred.
