The Inside Sales & Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, channel partner distributors, and internal departments, including engineering, production, logistics, and accounting.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Serving as the key project coordinator, both internally and externally, for collecting and communicating essential data and following up as needed.
  • Analyzing data to prepare quotes, process orders, and respond to inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Documenting and proactively planning for potential bottlenecks or issues during the quote and order processes.
  • Completing milestones in developing product knowledge and understanding of both company products and the broader packaging industry.
  • Supporting the Outside Sales Team in designated territories by providing efficient and timely administrative support.
  • Preparing and maintaining various reports using advanced Excel and ERP skills, focusing on project plans and progress.
  • Following up with customers, distributors, and agents for corrugate samples, payments, deposits, and other necessary information.

Who we’re looking for?

  • You have a College diploma or University degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology.
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or project coordination.
  • You possess strong attention to detail.
  • You are hardworking, respectful, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • You have experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Syteline.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience in the packaging machinery industry, corrugated industry, or manufacturing processes will be considered a strong asset.

You must be legally eligible to work in Canada without Company sponsorship.

Salary Range

Min - $50,000

Mid - $55,000

Max - 60,000

This role qualifies for quarterly commissions based on company performance, with no sales obligations required.

Experience

Required
  • 3 - 5 years: Working in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 - 5 years: Customer Service

Education

Required
  • Some college or better
  • Technical/other training or better
