We are looking to add a driven, accountable and collaborative IT & Systems Administrator to our team! In this role, the successful candidate will plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the design, development and implementation of information systems and software applications at Dorigo. This is a multifaceted position; you will need to roll up your sleeves to work directly with end-users, and engage in hardware and systems visioning with the leadership team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement IT and software solutions, upgrades, and enhancements to support the company’s strategic vision and end-user requirements.
  • Maintain and administer servers and desktops Manage databases, programs, intranet, data backups, and VoIP system.
  • Assume responsible for IT security; ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of company’s security infrastructure.
  • Research, evaluate, and present new technologies that may add value to said infrastructure.
  • Perform solution delivery and troubleshooting activities.
  • Serve as point of escalation for end-users as required (first contact).
  • Ensure that all solutions are documented, and staff are appropriately trained in their maintenance.
  • Update job knowledge as an active participant in the tech community with a focus on industry 4.0
Credentials And Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and security
  • Expertise in Microsoft environments, Azure, SharePoint, Office 365 and Windows Server/Desktop and remote client administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries to extract information
  • Experienced in Microsoft Power BI
  • Strong working knowledge of software applications, ERP systems, and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and strong ability to track and comply with tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and work efficiently
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
  • The passion to learn, share knowledge, and grow
  • Technology as an interest - not just a job
  • A nice to have asset is the experience with SonicWall and Ubiquiti networking devices
