This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a long-term contract / temporary position.

Major responsibilities

• Explore the internet to uncover potential customers
• Oversee employee database records
• Perform various administrative duties
• Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials
  

Requirements

• Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
• Employee Opinion Surveys experience preferred
• Employee relations experience preferred
• Rewriting Job Descriptions experience desired
• Deep understanding of Compensation Surveys
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
• HR related experience desired
• Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
• Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
