We have partnered with an industry leader in motor manufacturing, who is seeking an Human Resource Manager for Delta, BC Head Office.

Looking for an HR Manager to support their growth initiatives and change the way the companies processes have been done for 38 years to match todays market.

Job Highlights:

• Overseeing Payroll Administrator, where the HR Manager will be approving payroll before being submitted
• Full cycle recruitment on a monthly basis for permanent roles
• Creating policies and procedures
• Resolving employee disputes/managing employee relations
• Key player in implementing an ERP system
• Oversee safety concerns and Safety Manager
• Working with the CFO on strategic planning of the company
• Other tasks/projects as assigned

What we look for:

• Minimum 5 years in a HR Manager role
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related
• CPHR, aPHR, RPR, and/or RPT designations
• PCP and CPM would be an asset
• Intermediate in MS Office Suites
• Strong communication skills- verbal and written
• Ability to travel to the branches
• Willing to learn

Hours/Compensation:

• Monday- Friday; 7:30AM to 4:30PM (Flexible hours)
• $70,000/year to $90,000/year + 2 weeks vacation, health spending account
• Full Time, Permanent
