You are process driven and have a depth of understanding in employment law, but you also understand that HR is about people, and things fall between the lines more often than not. Robert Half is partnering with a locally esteemed client to find their next HR Manager. This small business is growing rapidly. They are seeking a partner who can teach them all the things they don’t know about HR, because they care about their people and want to make sure they are a fair, equitable and FUN place to work for all of their people. What The Day To Day Looks Like
  • You partner with Managers and Supervisors to help them recruit and secure top talent
  • You will help to ensure all policies, procedures and practices, align with legislation and their corporate goals.
  • You coach and mentor on all things people related, knowing that empowered leaders and a happy workforce, drive organizational goals.
  • You assist with projects aimed at increasing efficiency in HR and celebrations of the workforce to help drive employee engagement.
  • You get to re-shape the company culture as they grow across Canada and into the US
  • You will lead a total rewards review to attract and retain the best, and help growth into the future.
