Circet Home are looking for an HR Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Administering and managing the business induction for Circet Home (Head Office – Non-Managerial) new starts.
  • Support the management of data entry into the HR Portal.
  • Ensuring the following documentation is always up to date, and uploaded to the HR Portal: Absence Management (Return to Work, Attendance Management Meeting, Fit Notes & Self Certification Forms), Record of Conversations, Performance Improvement Plan, Probation Status Reports, Performance Reviews.
  • Checking the HR Inbox daily – ensuring that emails are distributed to the correct individual.
  • Completion of both internal & external reference requests.
  • HR System Administration.
  • Monthly production of the HR Salary File (Qube GB & Qube Engineering).
  • Supporting the HR Business Manager with regular audit completion to ensure compliance.


Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Good working knowledge of work management systems and office 365 (mainly word/ excel)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to motivate others effectively professional & technical expertise enthusiastic, passionate, patient and should be a critical thinker
  • Should possess good logical skills and ability to prioritise tasks depending upon the emergency situations.
  • Strong organisation skills, with a strong attention to detail.
