???? Position: General Manager As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our boutique hotel’s success. You will lead a team of approximately 40 dedicated and enthusiastic staff members, ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

???? Leadership:

• Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Set high standards for service excellence and consistently exceed guest expectations.
• Implement and maintain effective training programs to enhance staff skills and performance.

???? Guest Experience:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for all guests.
• Strive for continuous improvement, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, actively addressing concerns and celebrating successes.

???? Operations:

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.

• Implement and maintain effective cost-control measures without compromising service quality.
