Kay2 Contracting is currently seeking an experienced motivated Renovation Project Manager to join our Calgary team and grow with us.

Job duties:

• Scheduling projects
• Qualify and hire quality trades.
• Regular communication/ updates with clients and trades
• Report to Construction Manager on regular basis.
• Inspect projects and walkthrough as required.

Job requirements:

Must-have:

• Minimum 5 years of proven construction history.
• Must have knowledge of home renovation.
• Proven presentation skills, the ability to overcome objections, and the ability to ask for the sale.
• Experience using project management softwares
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have knowledge about the renovation industry and know what’s involved in renovating a house.
• Must be outgoing and able to multitask.
• Must be highly motivated and willing to learn and take direction.
• Must be organized and can manage time efficiently.
• Project management experience is required.
• Valid drivers license with clean abstract
