Robert Half is recruiting now for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to fulfill a Contract/Temporary (12+ months) role for our Calgary Client. As the successful candidate you will be accountable for providing helpdesk support, via phone, computer, in person, and ticketing

system, for most issues related to desktop software, hardware, and peripherals. You will also assist with the planning, implementation, maintenance, and documentation of all integrated computer information networks. You have in-depth knowledge of computer systems and appropriate software applications, but your real flair lies in your ability to communicate with all levels of users, you have the ability to translate IT issues and solve them and you are a true team player whose energy and enthusiasm inspires others. If you are creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic work environment, this could be the ideal opportunity. This role is located in Calgary, AB.

Requirements

MUST HAVES:
  • 3 + years of relevant work experience in a help desk analyst role, providing technical support in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with OfficePro Plus, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Office 365, Microsoft Teams
  • Strong working experience and ability to produce detailed work logs and technical
  • documentation
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with different levels and types of users
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments, prioritize projects, set, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • An enquiring mind with the ability to think outside the box and search for answers
  • Solid analytical, data analysis and planning skills
  • Ability and willingness to participate in on-call rotation
  • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent
