The Nuna Group of Companies is now accepting resumes for a HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATORS (MULTI – OPERATORS)with large earthworks construction projects experience.

Job Functions:
  • Previous experience operating larger heavy equipment which includes Dozers, Loaders, Excavators, Rock Trucks, Graders, etc. in a road building, mining, quarry and/or industrial setting;
  • Previous experience with rotational schedules and remote camp life;
  • Attend all safety training offered by Nuna.
  • Report for duty free from the effects of drugs, alcohol and fatigue.
  • Never operate equipment or machinery unless properly trained.
  • Read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and know the hazards of working with the materials associated with your work.
  • Conduct a Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) prior to starting a task.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Communicate observed hazards to your supervisor and colleagues.
  • Work in compliance of Nuna’s and / or the client’s policies and procedures.
  • Operate within standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a professional, corporate image by conducting yourself in a courteous manner.
  • Ensure a healthy work environment is maintained and consistent.
  • Know and follow Nuna’s health, safety and environmental rules and procedures.

This is camp position, with an anticipated rotation of 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 12 hour shifts. Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions.
