The Byng Group is a leading interior renovation general contractor with more than 50 years’ experience and a team of over 500, specializing in high-rise rental properties.

We are looking for experienced Handymen to perform quality home repairs, remodeling, and improvement tasks in high-rise residential apartment buildings throughout the Oshawa and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Vanity Cabinets
• Installation of Slab Doors and Sliding Closet Doors
• Installation of Baseboard and quarter round
• Installation of Closet Shelves (to be cut to size on-site)
• Miscellaneous Carpentry (Bathroom Accessories, Air Grills etc.)
• Installation of Laminate Countertops
• Additional skillset of interior renovations
• Plumbing Hookups considered an asset
  
  

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Handyman
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract
• Able to problem solve on-site and off-site
• Operate various hand and power tools to complete projects
• Ability to follow and complete a daily, weekly & monthly task schedule
• Own Tools Required (They are not supplied)

SALARY

• Earn up to $30.00 - $45.00 per hour, rate is based on skillset and performance
