Our team strives to create a tax preparation experience that keeps our clients coming back and recommending us to their family, coworkers, neighbours, friends, even enemies! Our busy season runs from the middle of February until May 2, so we try to get in as much laughter and as many tax returns as possible during that time. This is where you come in. We need a dedicated crew of seasonal front desk people who are hard-wired to give every client a customer service experience they will rave about. Does this sound like you? If so, keep reading.
Our front desk people are responsible for making great first and last impressions on our clients, being the organizational nerve centre of the office, and communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. They answer phone calls, book appointments, greet clients, prepare receipts, and organize workflow like the client-focused rockstars they are. Making our clients feel special and important is what motivates over 80% of our front desk people and tax professionals to come back year after year.

Experience in retail, food and beverage, or hospitality is an asset but not required. Pay starts at $12 per hour and is commensurate with experience and suitability.
