Location: Richmond Hill (2 days per week)

Employment: 12month contract (Multiple Extensions)

37.5 hours/week

Desired Skills and Experience *

-3+ years of experience in software development with .NET and React frameworks.

-Experience with Azure Cloud is preferred. However, GCP and AWS will be considered

-Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Experience with microservices and API development

-Strong CICD knowledge

-Experience debugging, resolving software defects, and providing ongoing support for existing applications.

-Experience securing code

-Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and tools.

Plusses

-Experience working with Shopify templates

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Day-to-Day *

Insight Global is looking for a Full-Stack developer to join one of Canada’s top retailers. The successful candidate will be brought on to carry out business-as-usual development in relation to new features and augmentations for a variety of projects. This candidate will work closely with project managers, business analysts, QA’s and other developers to ensure that software requirements are met. The split will be 80% back-end and 20% front-end development.
