$16.00 to $16.50 hour Part time possible full time

Western Budget Inns & Suites is seeking a energetic, motivated

Front Desk Guest to join our company.

Work hours: 6am to 2pm

Job Summery:

You must be a friendly, outgoing professional that can ensure a positive experience for all stages of the guests stay

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience is an asset

-Solid computer, business equipment, multiline telephone,email and basic accounting skills.

-Must be a quick at solving problem,

-Accept challenges with enthusiasm

-Must be able to maintain a high level of professional apprearance and demeanor

-Must be proficient in spoken and written English

-Must be punctual on arriving to work and committed to the Front Desk position

Work Description includes but not limited to:

-Registering arriving groups and assigning rooms

-Process Guest arrivals and departures

-Cancellation and rebookings

-Process telephone calls with accuracy

-Provide information on Hotel facilities and services

-Provide general information about points of interest in the area

-Process wake up calls, and airport shuttle requests

-Calculating room charges, receiving and posting payments

-Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms

-Follow emergency and safety procedures

-Work with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: From $16.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leduc, AB T9E 8A5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel & Accommodations Guest Services Staff: 1 year (preferred)
