As an Inside Sales Representative, you will assist Canada’s largest telecommunication company clients by answering their questions and promoting various communication products and services (Internet, mobile products, and IP television). This is the ideal position for anyone who is motivated to achieve results and enjoys interacting with people!

Here’s what your day will look like:

In this role, you will:

• Answer incoming calls from customers related to various television, Internet, and mobile products and services;
• Promote complementary solutions according to the needs and habits discussed with the client;
• When necessary, direct the customer to the right department according to his/her request.

Here’s what you need to join the team:

• Excellent sales skills – We are looking for highly motivated people to achieve results and know the ins and outs of the sales environment!
• Ability to work in a computerized environment and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Ability to communicate verbally and to synthesize information efficiently;
• High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;

• Experience in sales, customer service, or in a call center, a great asset!
• Ability to work from home (an asset). You can discuss this more in detail with our recruitment team.
• Bilingualism; an asset

Finally, a flexible schedule is key - we have to be able to serve customers when they need us (during the day, evening, or weekends) - That’s what customer service is about!

What we offer:

• Hourly compensation of $19/hour*, including a guaranteed bonus– Based on your performance, you could earn more thanks to our generous incentive plans!
• After seven months, you will get a base wage of $15/hour and significant monthly bonuses based on your performance (the average total compensation of our agents 6 months after training is $21.50);
• Significant monthly performance-based incentive;
• Hourly premium weekend work and bilingual premium (when applicable);
• Fully paid training and coaching program;
