Come Play (and Work) in New GlasgowEast River Animal Hospital is growing! We are seeking a full-time Client Service Representative (Receptionist). As a Client Service Representative (CSR), you provide exceptional client service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through the veterinary clinic. In addition, to implementing practical knowledge to the clinic’s procedures and policies. The CSR performs office duties related to patient care and treatment and to assist team members as needed.QualificationsRequirements

• Telephone etiquette and client service excellence
• Basic veterinary medical knowledge, including products and services required
• English language and written skills required
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Handling difficult situations including emergencies
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, and AVImark experience preferred)
