Our Corporate Security & Responsibility, Communications, Human Resources, Procurement & Value Creation and Real Estate teams work collaboratively to drive our corporate strategy forward.

As part of the Learning Strategy team, you will work with Bell’s Learning experts to drive the evolution of our culture. The team is responsible for leading many strategic programs including Bell U, Bell’s virtual university. Bell U is an inspiring program that allows Bell team members to redirect their careers in a technical role like software development and cybersecurity. You will help create and refine our learning pathways as well as help build training materials to support our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine learning pathways for Bell U
• Develop and maintain English and French training materials
• Facilitate onboarding sessions to our learning platforms
• Track and report on training activities

Critical Qualifications:

• Bilingualism English and French
• Autonomous and able to multitask
• Ability to communicate and present
• Interest in the Learning and Development field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Aspiring to complete a degree in HR, Psychology or equivalent field
• Understanding of technical roles like software development and cybersecurity
• Process improvement mindset

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
