Security Resource Group is looking for a few motivated individuals to be posted at the Co-op Refinery Complex located in Regina, Sk.

Position: Primary responsibility is to provide a high level of Access Control. Protection of People, Property & Information and ensure Safety for all staff and customers.

Full-time positions and Casual positions are available.

Causual employees shifts are call-in basis to cover sick and vacation time.

Shifts are 12 hours long. Shifts rotations are 7 days on, 7 days off. Must be able to work in all weather conditions any time of year.

Wage: $17.94/hour

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a criminal record clearance
• Must pass a drug and alcohol test (pre-screening)
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work
• Must provide 5-year drivers abstract (upon hiring)

Education/Training:

• Minimal Grade 10
• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
• Certificate from a Saskatchewan Justice approved Security Guard Training Course (Must be willing to take course for employment)

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc).
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong customer service
• Able to work independently
• Problem solving
• Type 15 wpm words per minute
• Able to walk/stand for long periods of time
• Able to lift minimal 30 lbs.

Assets:

• WHMIS 2015
• First Aid / CPR / AED
