Core Duties:

• Help develop technician skills and provide a positive environment for them to learn.
• Assist the Service Manager with managing shop workflow in order to maximize efficiencies and limit customer downtime.
• Recondition, repair and service agricultural equipment, both in the shop and on mobile jobs.
• Diagnose problems and determine repairs needed.
• Stay current with technical changes, continuing education through various training opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Knowledge of and a passion for the Agriculture Industry.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• A strong desire to continuously learn and advance your skill set.
• Enjoy working in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
