Proudfoot Motors in New Glasgow has an immediate full-time employment opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Scheduling, tracking and updating work orders
• Coordinating service calls and equipment deliveries
• Looking up parts for technicians and parts counter customers
• Providing excellent customer service
• Point of sale transactions
• Warranty claims administration
• Responding to customer concerns and complaints

Qualifications:

• Previous dealership or retail experience
• Knowledge of farm and/or outdoor power equipment
• Knowledge of mechanical terms is an asset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• Forklift license is an asset

Proudfoot Motors offers competitive wages and benefits that include a bonus program, extended health care benefits and an RRSP program. Hourly wage for this position may be higher than the range stated for experienced applicants.

Salary: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
