Description

We are hiring software professionals who are high on energy, enthusiastic, and eager to work on cutting-edge technology. The Quality Assurance (QA) Developer will be part of a scrum team supporting the organization around automation and manual test, test environment, CI/CD.

This team act as the gatekeeper for our automation. This role will require ongoing communication and follow-up across the organization and across locations. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Collaborate with global teams and product development teams in implementing best practices in software testing
  • Influencing ’building in’ testability during all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Own the execution and analysis of the automated testing efforts on official releases and report progress to Management
  • Develop and maintain domain, product and process knowledge to directly influence quality, testing practices and product quality
  • Participate in appropriate manual and automated testing discussions in the efforts in order to develop and maintain best practices
  • Setup/configure/maintain automated testing environments in a continuous integration setting
  • Develop test documentation, execute tests, and monitor results using application lifecycle tools
  • Influencing QA teams across the organization towards long term goals on capability building
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance Automation with direct involvement in automated testing of web applications (Selenium/Java or other OO languages, RestAssured, POM)
  • Experience in cloud service delivery or SaaS module manipulating web services (RestAPI)
  • Excellent interaction skills with internal customer
  • Demonstrated technical leadership skills, including proactivity, team work, self-determination, coaching and mentoring to drive change in tools or practices
  • Proven experience in defining testing strategies for a complex distributed application backend and web frontend
Preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in computer science or a related discipline
  • Experience with Jenkins pipelines and Groovy scripting
