The Partner Development Manager (Security) role is a key driver of Bells’ security go-to-market strategy by developing and supporting the technology alliance with strategic security partners, measured by growth, retention and financial KPIs.

You will have a well-rounded technology industry background. You will drive all levels of integration with the strategic partners and act as a key point of contact with the Partner channel and executive teams.

This is a high visibility and cross-functional role. You will be working collaboratively with senior leaders across the company including product, sales, marketing, operations, finance, legal and others.

Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Security Practice Leader to execute on strategic priorities to include product roadmap, complex investment planning, partner negotiations, and business development against our revenue and growth objectives
    • Build and execute joint business plans with our strategic cloud partner, including end-to-end GTM plans with defined KPIs, success metrics, joint accountability and governance
    • Work closely with product, sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful market adoption
    • Nurture executive-level relationships with partner, including executive business reviews and internal executive stakeholder communications
    • Identify new opportunities for market differentiation and revenue
    • Co-develop marketing activities and collateral with both internal and partner stakeholders
    • Facilitate alignment and synergies between Bell and the partner field organizations
    • Direct the ongoing operational processes required for successful partner enablement
    • Represent Bell Business Markets with industry, analyst, client and partner organisations


Skills & Competencies

    • Strategic and innovative skills with solid business acumen
    • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Adept at understanding and influencing colleagues in technical functions, experience with cloud services or SaaS a distinct advantage
    • Relationship builder with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
    • Motivated, self-directed, and confident and can thrive in a dynamic environment


Preferred Qualifications

    • University degree in Business or related area, Masters or Professional Designation an asset
    • 6+ years of experience in enterprise business development, IT consulting or partner /channel management role
    • Strong technical acumen an asset


Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
